SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Orders will be shipped the day after payment received if all purchased items are in stock. If your order items not in stock, we will contact you immediately.

We strives to ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders are turned around on the next business day. Your chosen method of shipping will determine when you will receive your order. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days in transit; UPS Ground can take from 3 days (East Coast addresses) to 7 days (West Coast addresses). UPS 2nd Day and Next Day services are also available. Please note that these times refer to package-time-in-transit, and not the number of days between order date and package arrival. Please also keep in mind that UPS do not provide Saturday shipping or delivery.

Tracking number will be sent to your registered email address upon shipping. If tracking results shows the package has been delivered to the address customer provided, we DO NOT hold the responsiblity for any missing package.

If you want overnight or any express shipping, please check with us about the product availability first.

Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be made within 20 business days from the day you receive your order. RMA number will be the original order number, plus prefix "RMA-". Please also leave a copy of your invoice and a note of your reason for return or exchange along with the return or exchange package.

Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition and packaging. We DO NOT accept items that are not in original factory condition. Items altered in any way, applied to wearer, washed, exposed to smells, such as cigarette smoke or perfume will NOT be accepted.

All returns are subjected to 10% re-stocking fee (most exchanges are exempt) due to the personal nature of the hair goods industry. We only sell factory direct merchandise to our customers, all returns and exchanges are sent back to the manufacturer. The restocking fee is charged based upon what we are charged by the manufacturer or distributor to return the item.

Exchange must be in equal or higher value.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return or exchange order to be processed.

COLOURING & TONING

ALWAYS apply color to DAMP hair.

Use Semi Colors only.

ALWAYS carry out a TEST STRAND before applying (No responsibility will be taken by the supplier for incorrect colouring/toning)

Bleaching or Perming is not recommended.

Please note: From time to time there may be variations in color baths which are beyond our control.

CUTTING & TEXTURIZING

For the best results always Razor Cut.

ONLY Sharp Razors to be used.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR WAVY HAIR EXTENSION

Wavy Hair is slightly different in color due to the perming process.

Light color wavy texture might be looser than other darker colors.

The Wave will drag down if the layers are too long.

For better maintenance of wavy texture, we recommend braiding the hair in two big loose plaits during sleeping.

MAINTENANCE

We recommend MOISTURE Shampoo and Conditioner, NO PROTEIN to be used as a treatment, this strips the cuticle.

A 4-week trim is always advised to keep the ends in good condition.

We recommend brushing hair extensions from Roots to Ends to prevent matting and loosen the ends before brushing.

Heat can be applied to Human Hair (Reminder: Natural Dry is recommended by manufacturer).
